Welcome to Via Nepal Travel, Tours & Treks (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By booking a trip, tour, or trek with us, you (“client”, “traveler”, or “you”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking or payment.
Via Nepal Travel, Tours & Treks reserves the right to:
Cancel or reschedule a trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, flight cancellations, or other conditions beyond our control.
Substitute services (transportation, accommodation, or guides) with similar quality alternatives when necessary.
If we cancel a trip before it starts, you may choose between a full refund or credit toward a future trip.
All clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance before departure.
Your policy should cover:
Trip cancellation and interruption
Medical and emergency evacuation
Loss or theft of personal belongings
High-altitude trekking and adventure activities
We are not responsible for any costs resulting from lack of insurance coverage.
Certain tours and treks require good physical fitness and medical condition.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are medically fit for the chosen activity.
We may refuse participation if your health condition is deemed unsafe for the trip.
Travelers must carry a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity).
It is your responsibility to obtain necessary Nepal entry visas and travel permits (such as TIMS or national park permits).
We can assist in processing permits but are not responsible for visa denials or entry restrictions.
Adventure travel in Nepal involves inherent risks, including altitude sickness, landslides, weather changes, and transport delays.
By booking with us, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Via Nepal Travel, Tours & Treks shall not be held liable for:
Injury, loss, or damage to personal property
Delays, cancellations, or accidents beyond our control
Acts of nature, government actions, or third-party service failures
We take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction but cannot guarantee circumstances beyond our control.
Our liability is limited to the value of the services purchased.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We act only as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport operators, and other service providers, and are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
We reserve the right to make minor changes to itineraries due to weather, road conditions, flight delays, or other practical reasons.
Such changes will always be made in the best interest and safety of the travelers.
If you have a complaint during the trip, please notify your guide or our office immediately.
We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Complaints made after the trip must be submitted in writing within 10 days of completion.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
By making a booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
